Stocks To Watch: Petronet LNG, Jagran Prakashan, Phoenix Mills And More

The Nifty futures on the Singapore Stock Exchange, an early indicator of Nifty’s performance in India, rose 0.21 percent to 8,133.

Here are the stocks to watch out for in today’s session:

  • India Tourism Development Corporation: Shares to list on NSE today.
  • Jagran Prakashan: Board to meet on January 5, 2017 to consider the proposal for buy-back of shares.
  • Golden Tobacco: Canara Bank on behalf of the consortium of banks issued a notice on December 28, 2016 under section 13(4) of the SARFEAESI Act, 2002 for one of the company’s property situated at Guntur.
  • Shriram Transport Finance: Allots 750 unsecured redeemable rated non-convertible subordinated debt of face value of Rs 10 lakh each, aggregating to Rs 75 crore on private placement basis.
  • Phoenix Mills: Acquires further 3.04 percent equity stake in Offbeat Developers (ODPL) from Vistara and IIRF. Shareholding now increases from 74.48 percent to 77.52 percent.
  • Speciality Restaurants: Enters into a deed of assignment with West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. (WBIDC) and M/s. Sumash Developers Pvt. Ltd. to transfer leasehold rights of the company in respect of the property.
  • IFCI: Offers to offload 25 percent of its 3.05 percent stake through the NSE IPO.
  • Tata Sons: Asks Cyrus Mistry to return all confidential documents.
