As Mayor Hidalgo works to combat climate change she faces a shifting political landscape globally that could disrupt her strides to improve the environment. David Gura asked Mayor Hidalgo about the French election and the rise of populism throughout Europe. She affirmed her support for her party's candidate Benoit Hammon and stressed the importance of combating Marine Le pen and rising populism.
