Aug. 19 -- The most deadbeat of borrowers among Chinese state-owned companies have been compiled into a list by Jiangxi regional authorities. Chinese banks are not allowed to know the contents of this so-called "zombie list," out of fear they’ll lose confidence in lending to these companies.
