Nearly 50-52 percent of under-construction flats in Mumbai remain unsold, property consultant Cushman & Wakefield Head (Research) Siddhart Goel told BloombergQuint.

The maximum inventories are in the lower-cost segment as real estate owners continue to launch products in the wrong places, he said.
