On Tuesday, Apple Inc. launched its most comprehensive iPhone line-up ever. The tech giant launched an iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and the much awaited iPhone X. It turns out that the iPhone X is the flagship device the company has been working on for years to launch on the iPhone’s ten-year anniversary. The phone is packed with features like a Super Retina Display (or an OLED screen), TrueDepth Camera System, facial recognition and A11 Bionic Chip with Neural Engine.

What’s shocking is that the company has done away with the home button and changed the user experience altogether with swipes to unlock, access notifications and exit applications. But the phone now has a crisper, more immersive edge-to-edge display, thanks to the removal of the home button. Although it’s a giant step for Apple, its competitors like Samsung, LG and Xiaomi were some of the first companies to attack the bezels.
