Ex Flipkart Executive Nitin Seth Joins Data Analytics Firm Incedo As CEO

Former Flipkart chief operating officer Nitin Seth joined San Francisco-based technology services firm, Incedo, as its chief executive officer.

Seth who had served as managing director and country head at Fidelity international and director of Mckinsey’s global knowledge centre in the past, will work on “building Incedo’s clients, deepening innovation in emerging technologies, and will lead the firm into its next phase of growth”, the company said in a statement. His appointment is effective immediately.

Incedo co-Founder and former Chief Executive Officer Tejinderpal Miglani will serve as the President and will work closely with Seth as part of the new leadership team, the statement added.

“I’m looking forward to creating the company’s long-term strategy, ensuring it’s positioned as a world-class, distinctive technology firm,” Seth added.

Seth who had joined Flipkart as the chief people officer in February last year and was later promoted to COO, quit in May citing ‘personal reasons’. However, he had later sent a legal notice to the e-commerce firm over the way he was dismissed from the company, according to a report in The Times of India.

Besides acting as COO of Flipkart, Seth was also in charge of the Flipkart’s in-house logistics firm Ekart, supply chain, and customer experience.

sIncedo which has offices across North America and India, is a technology solutions provider specialiing in data management, analytics, information management, and business intelligence. The company said it works with four of the top ten life sciences and pharmaceutical companies, and also caters to companies in telecommunication and financial services space.
