GAIL India Ltd. has reported concerns in its gas trading and petchem segment in H1 FY21, which are now likely to see some gains.
The company has outperformed the Nifty by approximately 30% (rallying ~36%) over the last one-month and since its Q2 FY21 result.
Despite the recent rally, the company is trading at 5.4 times FY22E enterprise value /Ebitda and 8.2 times FY22E price /earnings.
