At the same time, we see large banks becoming larger in the post Covid-19 world with fewer concerns at their end and benefits of digitisation.
Valuation differential however more than factors some of these concerns.
We favour banks operating in niche segments, with healthy pre-provision operating profit profiles, strong underwriting history, and ability to benefit from the digital wave through partnerships.
