Motilal Oswal Report
The Indian Hotels Company Ltd.’s revenue per available room performance has improved sequentially on the back of occupancy and average room rate improvement.
The cost reduction measures being deployed by the management have yielded results and led to a positive standalone Ebitda during Q3 FY21.
Around 86% of the company’s domestic hotels (excluding Ginger) were Ebitda positive in December 2020.
Consolidated performance was dragged by the international business due to the Covid-19 led lockdown.
