Burger King India Pvt. was incorporated on November 2013 and the first restaurant was opened in November 2014.

The company has 261 restaurants, including eight sub-franchised Burger King restaurants, across 17 states and union territories and 57 cities across India, as of September 30, 2020.

The brand is the second largest burger brand globally with over 18,675 restaurants across more than 100 countries.
