Engineers India Ltd. reported healthy performance during Q4, led by ramped up execution for its turnkey segment and robust operating performance.
Ebit margins expanded by 274 basis points to 5.6% in Q4 FY21, owing to strong execution and reversal of provisions.
Despite pandemic, order inflow came in healthy at ~Rs 7 billion in Q4 resulting into management guidance of Rs 15-16 billion for FY21 being met.
Order inflow mainly come from domestic consultancy segment (~93%).
In the short term, we expect second wave of Covid-19 to impact the performance of company.
