Emami Ltd.'s Q2 results were broadly in line except for higher other income (Rs 23 million) led by mark-to-market gain on certain investments in startups.
Domestic volume growth (excluding Insti) business showed impact of slowdown in demand for immunity boosters and higher base of balms in the base year even as male grooming, Boroplus, Kesh King and 7 oils in 1 did well.
We believe Boroplus, Kesh King, OTC, male grooming and new launches will be key growth driver for Emami.
