IDBI Capital Report

In December 2020, wholesale continue to improve in passenger vehicle segment and farm equipment segment.

This demand is driven by pent-up demand in retail market, preference for personal mobility during the pandemic, attractive vehicle financing schemes and new launches.

Whereas two-wheeler wholesale was down due to higher inventory at dealer’s level. We believe demand for four wheeler continues to remain robust whereas two-wheeler demand expected to be subdued.

Commercial vehicle demand expected to grow on the back of increase in road/construction activity.
