ICICI Direct Report

Daily Vahan registrations have started to taper off with month-to-date December 2021 reading coming in at ~74,500 units i.e. ~93% of pre-Covid-19 levels versus 83,000 daily run-rate clocked in November 2021.

With festive period behind us, we expect the registration run-rate to revert to a run-rate of ~80-85% of pre-Covid levels going forward.

E-Way bill generation for the month of December (till 05) began on a strong note, reaching 1.1 crore, which if we compare to the average bill generation in the prior months to Covid-19 (Oct-19-Feb-20) has reached ~112% levels of the average 5.5 crore bills.
