Dolat Capital Report

New investments announced up for consecutively second month by 9.1% YoY to Rs 842 billion in August 2021, primarily led by increase in roads/ manufacturing/ power which was partially offset by fall in Irrigation.

Tenders issued increased for second consecutive month by 54.9% YoY to Rs 618 billion in August-21, led by road/ community/ railways.

Tenders published in year-to-date-22 increased 7.9% YoY to Rs 2,975 billion, due to rise in others.

Order awards up 1.3% YoY to Rs 393 billion due to increase in orders mainly in power/ water segment which was partially offset by irrigation/ mining.

Projects awarded in YTD22 increased 37.2% YoY to Rs 1,536 billion on account of road/ railways/ power segment which was partially offset by irrigation/ mining segment.
