TVS Apache RR310 is finally here.

TVS has finally launched its highly anticipated Apache RR310 in India. The bike was first showcased as the Akula concept at the 2016 Delhi Auto Expo, jointly made with the BMW Motorrad. And now, we finally get to see the production-ready avatar.

Priced at Rs 2.05 lakh, the Apache RR310 feels premium, offers a number of features and gives you that sporty touch without charging a premium. You get a 312-cc single cylinder engine, which packs 34PS of power and 27Nm of torque.

The company claims that after its success with the RTR iteration, they want to push the level of sports performance biking in the country with the RR series.

TVS and the BMW Motorrad team have retuned the engine to make this a more power-packed version G310R.

Aided by Trellis frame and race-tuned KYB suspension, the bike manages to offer stability along with the rush of dynamism while riding. Overall, the sitting stance is quite comfortable, the legs sit well. If you're anywhere up to 5’ 8” you can sit with ease.

The Quint tested this bike on the race track at MMRT in Chennai. This bike has been made from the ground-up and is a sporty bike in its truest sense.

It's not going to be aggressively fast, but TVS claims this is not a bike which can not only support you on a track like this, but will give you the right amount of assistance while riding on a normal road.

The bike manages to pack a lot of punch, without going overboard. It feels planted and secure even at high speed, where the dual channel ABS comes in handy.
