IPL Auction 2019: Eight Teams Buy 60 Players for Rs 1,06,80,00,000
- A total of 60 players bought by 8 franchises at 2019 IPL Auction.
- Yuvraj Singh sold for his base price of Rs 1 crore to Mumbai Indians, after going unsold earlier.
- Jaydev Unadkat and Varun Chakravarty fetch the highest bid of Rs 8.40 crore from Rajasthan Royals and KXIP, respectively.

This brings us to the end of the 2019 IPL Auction.
A total of 60 players, including 20 foreigners, were picked up by the eight franchises for a total of Rs 1,06,80,00,000.
CSK, Delhi and Rajasthan have a complete squad of 25 players. KKR on the other hand have a 21-member squad, with place for four more cricketers that they could add before the 2019 IPL.
Rajasthan Royals pick up three players in the third and final round. Manan Vohra (Rs 20 lakh), Ashton Turner (Rs 50 lakh) and Riyan Parag (Rs 20 lakh) all go to the Royals for their base price.
Denly, Ayyappa Sold to KKR for Rs 1 Cr
England’s Joe Denly re-appears. And he goes to Kolkata Knight Riders for his base price of Rs 1 crore. Bandaru Ayyappa bagged by Delhi Capitals for Rs 20 lakhs.
Shrikant Mudhe also goes for his base price of Rs 20 lakhs to KKR.
CSK Buy Their Last Player
We’re back, and Jalaj Saxena is the first player to be sold to Delhi Capitals for his base price of Rs 20 lakh. And CSK fill their last slot with Ruturaj Gaikwad for his base price of Rs 20 lakh.
Steyn Still Unsold
Yet again, Jason Holder, Luke Ronchi and Dale Steyn have no bidders.
