Severe cyclonic storm ‘Nisarga’ continues to make landfall close to Alibag, near Mumbai, the eye of the storm has now crossed Maharashtra coast, the Indian Meteorological Department said in its latest update.
Meanwhile, here are some images and videos from across social media of how the two states are weathering the cyclone.
Note: This is not the eye of the cyclone, it’s a water spout caused by the cyclone.
