(Bloomberg) -- The U.K.’s highest court is considering reviewing any appeals related to Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s planned suspension of Parliament on Sept. 17.

The Supreme Court would review the English, Scottish and Northern Irish cases on that date if they are appealed, said Janet Coull-Trisic, a spokeswoman for the court. No decisions have been made on how many judges would hear the case and whether there would be formal hearings, she said.
