Turnout May Be Crucial in Once-in-a-Lifetime U.K. Election
The U.K. goes to the polls on Thursday in the first December election since 1923, with cold weather and early nights hampering canvassing and possibly deterring voters. That may help turnout, which typically is in line with the European Union average.
