Removal of Ukraine’s Constitutional Court Head Ruled Illegal
(Bloomberg) -- The suspension of the chief judge at Ukraine’s Constitutional Court was ruled illegal by the Supreme Court.
President Volodymyr Zelenskiy suspended Oleksandr Tupytskyi after the Constitutional Court rolled back anti-corruption reforms in October, jeopardizing billions of dollars in international aid. Parliament has since moved to restore the legislation.
