(Bloomberg) -- The current uproar over Kim Jong Un’s nuclear weapons program so far represents only a mid-level event in the long history of North Korean tensions, going by the amount of newsprint spilled. Some 553 North Korea stories were published on the Bloomberg Terminal as interest peaked April 17, the day after Kim’s latest failed missile test. That’s the 11th busiest news day since the country accelerated its weapons development in 2006. The spotlight will turn to North Korea again Tuesday, as the world waits to see if Kim marks the 85th anniversary of the Korean People’s Army with another provocation.
