Danish Work-From-Home Orders Prevent Finance Industry Crisis

(Bloomberg) --

The organization tasked with making sure Denmark’s financial system operates smoothly says the Covid-19 crisis so far hasn’t disrupted operations.

Decisions to protect critical business functions and employees by, for example, working from home mean there are “currently no systemic issues,” the Financial Sector Forum for Operational Resilience said in a report. As a result, there’s been no need to put into action FSOR’s crisis management plan, it said.

The organization, whose members include Denmark’s biggest banks and data centers, said it’s tracking developments closely, collecting information across the financial industry on a daily basis.
