(Bloomberg) -- Talks brokered by the African Union to resolve differences over Ethiopia’s plan to start filling the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam on Monday failed to resolve differences between the country, Sudan and Egypt.
The countries will submit final reports to the African Union, currently chaired by South Africa, on Tuesday according two people familiar with the outcome.
