U.K. Points Finger at Russia's Putin Over Nerve Agent Attack

(Bloomberg) -- The U.K.’s top diplomat pointed the finger directly at Vladimir Putin, saying it was “overwhelmingly likely” that he personally ordered the nerve-agent attack on British soil.
