Yemen Army Chief Wounded in Houthi Attack, Newspaper Reports
(Bloomberg) -- The Yemeni army’s chief of staff and senior commanders were wounded Thursday in a deadly drone attack on a military parade by Houthi rebels, according to Aden Alghad newspaper.
An unspecified number of military officials were killed in the assault by the Iran-backed group on the Al-Anad base in the southern province of Lahj, the newspaper reported.
The Houthis’ Al-Masirah TV confirmed the attack.

Military chief Abdullah Al-Nakhee and other senior military commanders including Deputy Chief of Staff Saleh Al-Zindani were hospitalized in Aden, the newspaper reported.
