World Cotton Group Blasts Alarm: ‘Utter Chaos’ for Supply Chain

(Bloomberg) -- The coronavirus “has thrown the global cotton supply chain into utter chaos,” and billions of dollars of orders have been scrapped, the International Cotton Advisory Committee said.

Rubana Huq, president of the Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers & Exporters Association, said the country’s industry is “being as flexible as possible despite the dire circumstances,” according to the statement on the first video.
