(Bloomberg) -- For 11 percent of young Europeans, work didn’t pay enough to keep them from being at risk of poverty in 2017, according to Eurostat data. While that’s down from a peak of almost 13 percent in 2014, it’s higher than the overall rate of 9.4 percent for all people in work in the European Union.
