Uganda Deports French, Rwandan Nationals Over Security Concerns

(Bloomberg) -- Ugandan authorities said they deported a French national and Rwandan citizen working with a telecommunications company they didn’t identify, over their engagement in acts that would comprise the East African nation’s national security.

“We strongly believe that the deportation of the two foreigners, who were using their employment as tools to achieve their ill motives, has enabled us disrupt their intended plans of compromising our national security,” the Uganda Police Force said Tuesday in a Twitter post.
