Taking a Knife to ECB Forecasts as Euro Area Wobbles
(Bloomberg) -- The European Central Bank’s forecasts aren’t aging too well -- it’s time for a downgrade next week, according to Bloomberg Economics. Instead, BE expects a change in June, alongside an announcement on liquidity measures.
