(Bloomberg) -- South African President Cyril Ramaphosa said his U.S. counterpart Donald Trump pledged to help South Africa and Africa in its fight to stop the spread of coronavirus.
Ramaphosa spoke to Trump earlier Thursday by phone, according to statements published on his Twitter account.
