(Bloomberg) -- Pennsylvania’s highest court reversed a ruling that allowed Trump campaign observers to get within 6 feet of the ballot-counting process, ending a rare Republican victory in their legal quest to cast doubt on the election result.
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that the state’s elections code doesn’t specify how close poll watchers are allowed to get to the canvassing process and that county elections officials have discretion in setting the limit.
The ruling came as Rudy Giuliani argued on behalf of the Trump campaign in a case with similar allegations in federal court in Pennsylvania.
