NYC Indoor Dining to Close If Hospitalizations Don’t Stabilize

(Bloomberg) -- New York City indoor dining will close if the regional hospitalization rate has not stabilized after five days, Governor Andrew Cuomo said.

“Frankly, I don’t expect it to” stabilize, Cuomo said Monday at a press briefing.
