LVMH Names Chairman’s Son as CEO of TAG Heuer Watches

(Bloomberg) -- LVMH named Frederic Arnault, son of the founder of the luxury-goods maker, as the new chief executive officer of TAG Heuer, its largest watch brand.

Frederic Arnault will start running the brand July 1, at which point current CEO Stephane Bianchi will become head of LVMH’s watch and jewelry unit, overseeing jewelry brands Chaumet and Fred, as well as TAG Heuer, Hublot and Zenith.

Frederic became strategy and digital director of LVMH in 2018 at the age of 23. His older brother Alexandre was named co-CEO of German luggage maker Rimowa in 2016. LVMH Chairman Bernard Arnault has also put his son Antoine in charge of image communications.
