Hong Kong’s Bourse Co-Head of IPO Vetting Lin Shi Resigns

(Bloomberg) -- Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearing Ltd.’s co-head of initial public offering vetting, Lin Shi, resigned, according to an internal memo.

Shi resigned to “pursue other career interests,” according to the memo, which was confirmed by an exchange spokesperson.

Stephanie Lau, last month appointed as co-head of vetting, will assume Shi’s responsibilities until a successor is found.

Hong Kong Exchange Creates New Role to Head Green Finance Push

It marks the fourth personnel change at the bourse’s listing division over a short period, with Katherine Ng also assuming a senior role in late April and Grace Hui leaving as chief operating officer to lead a sustainable finance push. Bonnie Y. Chan was named head of the division at the start of the year.
