Europe Sees Possible Green Shoots as Confidence Rises

(Bloomberg) -- Consumer confidence in the euro area rose in February for a second month. It’s far too early to say it’s the start of the turnaround for the economy, but it marks the first back-to-back improvement since 2017. That’s something after what’s been an almost non-stop run recently of disappointing releases.
