(Bloomberg) -- The European Central Bank spectrometer gives credence to Bloomberg Economics’ forecast that policy makers won’t raise interest rates until September 2019 at the earliest. The gauge shows the most prominent members of the Governing Council -- President Mario Draghi and Chief Economist Peter Praet -- remain in the dovish camp with plenty of company. This suggests monetary tightening is unlikely to occur any time soon.
