(Bloomberg) -- Ray Dalio and Lloyd Blankfein tweeted words of encouragement amid the market slide, with the Bridgewater Associates founder saying “look for the opportunities” and the former Goldman Sachs CEO stressing the U.S. economy’s strength.
While the first priority is guarding against “the risk of ruin,” Dalio said, people tend to ignore opportunities in turbulent times.
Blankfein said “fear” may drive further losses in markets “but expect quick recovery when health threat recedes.”
