The 2006 Ryder Cup Venue Is Up for Sale at $93 Million

(Bloomberg) -- The K Club golf club in Ireland, which hosted the Ryder Cup in 2006, has been offered for sale by businessman Michael Smurfit.

Broker Savills Plc said it’s seeking bids of about 80 million euros ($93 million) for the five-star resort in the county of Kildare. The venue has two 18-hole championship golf courses designed by Arnold Palmer and a 134-bedroom hotel.
