(Bloomberg) -- Alibaba Group Holding Ltd.’s Jack Ma said that China is open to Western companies, provided they follow the country’s rules.

  • Ma made the comments at the World Internet Conference in Wuzhen
  • He says he told Amazon founder Jeff Bezos to send entrepreneurs to China, rather than professional managers
  • Search giant Google left China and wasn’t kicked out, Ma says
