(Bloomberg) -- In a Moscow dorm room 20 years ago, Dmitry Grishin dreamed of starting a technology business. Today, he’s the co-founder and chairman of Mail.Ru Group. His empire includes Russia’s dominant e-mail, gaming, and social networking platforms. More recently, he has expanded into robotics through a $100 million investment fund.

Hello World host Ashlee Vance traveled to Moscow to hang out with Grishin and see what life is like for one of Russia’s leading tech oligarchs. Grishin provided a tour of Moscow in his Tesla Model S sedan and showed off Mail.Ru’s attempts at recreating a Silicon Valley-style office. Hair salon, beanbags, juice bar with a swing? Da, da, da.
