Here are the stocks to watch in trade today.

Global equities fell Thursday as warnings from the Federal Reserve on the need for more stimulus ignited fresh jitters into an already weak September. The dollar extended its recent runup, on course for the strongest week since April. Japanese shares opened lower with those in South Korea, while S&P 500 futures declined.

Here are the stocks to watch in trade today:

  • Sun Pharmaceutical to voluntarily recall one lot of RIOMET ER (metformin hydrochloride for extended-release oral suspension), to the consumer level. The reason for the recall is due to the level of N-Nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA), which has been found to be above the allowable acceptable daily intake limit established by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.   • Uday Kotak's term as IL&FS chairman extended by a year.
  • Zydus Wellness has launched QIP Issue at Rs 1,775.85 per share on Sept. 23. Floor price is at a premium of 3.3% to the closing prices on Sept. 23. As per SEBI regulation, company may offer a discount of not more than 5% on the floor price. Panel is scheduled to meet on Sept. 28 to consider the date of closing QIP and issue price for sale.
  • Ircon International has secured works of total nine road over bridges valuing more than Rs 400 crore from the Ministry of Railways.
  • CG Consumer Electricals: Promoter Amalfiaco created pledge of 10.77 crore shares (17.17% stake) in favour of Nomura and Singapore and Deutsche Bank for securing $145 million loan facility. These share were already pledge earlier which have now be repaid to the old lenders and now new pledge have been created as security.
  • Jindal Steel & Power: ICRA, has removed its rating watch with negative implications on the bank facilities and non-convertible debentures of the company and assigned a "Stable" outlook. The ratings have been reaffirmed at ICRA BBB - with stable outlook for long term facilities and Non-Convertible Debentures and ICRA A3 for short term facilities.
  • HDFC seeks to raise Rs 5,000 crore via private placement of bonds.
  • IIFL Securities increased its stake by 6.25% to 20.55% in Trendlyne.
  • Shalby: Board to consider options in reducing promoters holding from 79.45% to 75% on Sept.28.
  • Datamatics Global Services announced expansion of its distribution agreement with Ingram Micro for Middle East, Turkey and Africa region for its intelligent automation products.

  • Angel Broking: IPO subscribed 1.46 times on Day 2. Institutional subscription at 0 times, non-institutional investor subscription at 0.31 times and retail subscription at 2.79 times.
  • Chemcon Speciality Chemicals: IPO subscribed 149.6 times on last day. Institutional subscription at 113.40 times, non-institutional investor subscription at 450.52 times and retail subscription at 41.3 times.
  • CAMS: IPO subscribed 46.99 times on last day. Institutional subscription at 73.18 times, non-institutional investor subscription at 111.85 times and retail subscription at 5.55 times.
