Schroders Shakes Up Management Team With North America CEO to Exit

Schroders Plc has shaken up its leadership ranks in a bid to simplify its management structure, with two senior executives exiting the firm.

The U.K. asset management firm asset manager has promoted senior managers, Johanna Kyrklund and Rory Bateman, to the position of co-heads of investment, according to a statement

The reshuffle also sees Marc Brookman, the CEO of Schroders’s North American business, and Carolina Minio-Paluello, who is global head of product solutions and quant, leave the firm.

Charles Prideaux, the firm’s global head of investment, will move over to a new role which will see him take responsibility for the integration of the River & Mercantile Solution unit. Schroders agreed a deal to buy this business for £230 million ($315 million) in October last year.
