The initial public offering of Sansera Engineering Ltd. was subscribed 11.47 times on the final day of the bidding.

That makes it the fifteenth-least subscribed issue so far this year. The IPO was subscribed 0.53 times on the first day and 1.02 times on the second day of the share sale.

The Bengaluru-based auto-parts maker sold shares at Rs 734-744 per share. The IPO was a complete offer-for-sale, so the company will not receive any proceeds from it. Prior to the float, it had raised Rs 382 crore from 27 anchor investors at the upper end of the price band.

Sansera Engineering joined a flurry of companies going public in what may be a record year for IPOs. As many as 39 firms have already listed on the bourses so far this year.
