Sansera Engineering IPO Fully Subscribed On Day 2

Sansera Engineering Ltd.'s initial public offering was fully subscribed on the second day of subscription.

The IPO was subscribed 0.53 times on the first day. The Bengaluru-based auto-parts maker is selling shares at Rs 734-744 per share. At the upper end of the price band, the offer could raise up to Rs 1,283 crore.

The IPO is a complete offer-for-sale, so the company will not receive any proceeds from the share sale. Prior to the float, it had raised Rs 382 crore from 27 anchor investors at the upper end of the price band.

Sansera Engineering has joined a flurry of companies going public in what may be a record year for IPOs. As many as 39 firms have already listed on the bourses so far this year.
