He has a decade-long tenure as a private equity dealmaker at KKR, most recently as part of its technology and retail groups in Europe and its France coverage team. De Joussineau, a director at the firm, is on the board of Webhelp and was involved in KKR’s investments in The Hut Group, Adocia and Visma.

KKR also appointed Sharon Yang as a senior investor with its impact investment team in Asia, it said in the statement.
