Aptus Value Housing Finance IPO Subscribed 0.24 Times On Day 1

Aptus Value Housing Finance India Ltd. launched its initial public offering on Tuesday as the South India-focused home financier is looking to raise up to Rs 2,780 crore from the primary market.

The IPO includes a fresh issue worth up to Rs 500 crore and an offer-for-sale of 6.46 crore shares, according to its IPO prospectus. The company intends to use the proceeds to strengthen its capital base.
