Man Infra Expects Better Returns In Real Estate From Next Financial Year

Man Infra expects turnover in the real estate segment from the next financial year, its Managing Director Parag Shah said.

Man InfraConstruction Ltd. expects better returns from the real estate segment from the next financial year as revenues from larger projects would start coming in, its Managing Director Parag Shah said.

“We have already started booking revenue in the real estate segment in the current financial year as all the large projects are starting. As per the accounting standards, the turnover in the real estate segment will start from the next financial year,” Shah told BloombergQuint in an interaction.

The company is into infrastructure services and takes orders for road developing. It is also making inroads into real estate, where Shah said the company already witnessed booking in the current financial year.
