Buoyancy In Rural Markets Likely To Create More Demand, Says Shriram Transport

Shriram Transport Finance Ltd met street estimates in the July-September quarter as asset quality remained stable and profit jumped 23 percent.

In an interview to Bloomberg Quint, Umesh Revankar, MD and CEO of Shriram Transport Finance said the company expects the overall economic condition including construction activity, consumption and credit demand to improve over a couple of year.
