The Singapore traded SGX Nifty, an early indicator of Nifty’s performance in India, was little changed at 9,630.

  • Fortis Healthcare: Malaysia's IHH Healthcare said it is not close to "concluding any negotiations" to buy controlling stake in the Indian company.
  • Mindtree: To consider buyback of equity shares on June 28
  • Mahindra & Mahindra: Credit Suisse says farm loan waiver may support tractor demand; maintains ‘outperform’ rating on the stock

Reliance Industries

  • RIL-BP withdraw arbitration against government
  • Withdrawal of arbitration pre-condition to allow exploration in KGD6 block
  • New exploration policy allows for market pricing and premium for deep water exploration
  • RIL-BP had announced additional $6 billion investment in KGD6 block for 2017-21

Indiabulls Real Estate

  • Promoters IRBEL IBL Scheme Trust sold 3.3 crore shares or 6.9 percent stake at an average price of Rs 201.7 each
  • Orient Global Cinnamon Capital bought 1.76 crore shares or 3.7 percent stake at Rs 200 each
  • Cinnamon Capital bought 34 lakh shares or 0.7 percent stake at Rs 200 each

Persistent Systems

  • Morgan Stanley bought 13.18 lakh shares or 1.65 percent stake at Rs 676.66 each
  • FIL Investment Mauritius sold 12.06 lakh shares or 1.5 percent stake at Rs 676.63 each

  • Second order worth Rs 82.56 crore from Tamil Nadu Water Supply & Drainage Board for implementation of Water supply scheme in Hosur Municipal Corporation to be executed within 24 months
